Game reset?

Im just curious has the game been reset at midnight when you signed in you got your 3 free coins and the game was reset but now i noticed at 8pm eastern time its doing this? Is this correct or a mistake just wanted to know...thank you

Yeah I noticed that to,getting it an hour early than normally do.I just thought it was cause of the time change.
