About sending gifts, from my own experience:
I get keep loading sending gifts when properties become ready while sending gifts.
When sending gifts hangs, I just know my properties are ready to collect

I get the error collecting on Pamela's link too. Trying back later gives the same error .

Cubi and Lily, cleaning cookies and Temporary Internet Files might solve the problem.
